Contact our workshop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully pack your unworn jewelry in its original Studebaker Metals packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

Ship to the Workshop

Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package back to our Pittsburgh forge for inspection.

Processing and Refund

Once our metalsmiths verify the condition of the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
