How do I determine my correct size for a cuff or ring?
We recommend using our printable sizing guide or a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist or finger. For cuffs, measure just above the wrist bone for the most accurate fit.
What is the typical production time for handcrafted items?
Since each piece is hand-forged in our Pittsburgh workshop, please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Will these metals tarnish or change color over time?
Our brass and copper pieces will develop a natural patina over time as they react to your skin's pH and the environment. You can maintain the original shine with a polishing cloth or embrace the unique character of the aged metal.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our metals worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred carrier.
Can I request a custom engraving on my jewelry?
Many of our cuffs and accessories can be personalized with hand-stamped characters. Look for the 'Add Engraving' option on the product page to customize your piece.
